Our Animal Shelters have a 4x6in pressure treated perimeter base to make it deliverable by our drivers yet will resist rotting from ground moisture. You can add stalls, partitions, or a tack room depending on the size. Animal Shelters are ENGINEER CERTIFIED!
With our Animal Shelters, don’t be afraid of maximizing the space for your animals by adding multiple stalls. Tack rooms can also be used as an additional storage space for farm goods and small tools, or even a workspace for projects.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- 4in x 6in Pressure Treated perimeter base
- 1-1/4in Pressure Treated Kick Boards approximately 4ft high, spaced 1-1/2in apart
- Standard stall opening is 8ft wide
- One stall is standard per 12ft of length (10ft x 12ft = 1 stall, 10ft x 20ft = 1 stall, 10ft x 24ft = 2 stalls). Tack room is not included
- Additional stalls (includes opening and divider) can be added for an additional cost (optional)
- Buildings will be set directly on ground with no blocking. Ground must be suitable for application prior to delivery
The Tack Room
- Tack rooms require a minimum of 4ft added to the 12ft of length needed per stall (E.g., 1-stall plus a 4ft wide tack room requires a minimum of 16ft total length)
- Standard Tack Room placement starts on an end wall. Additional cost to start on an inside divider wall (E.g., Centered between two stalls)
- Tongue and Groove, Engineered Panels flooring
- OSB divider wall between tack room and stall
- 3ft Wooden Barn Door on all tack rooms…or upgrade to 4ft Wooden Barn Door
Build Your Design
12’ wide and over buildings are measured across the eaves due to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Smaller width buildings are measured from the outside corners of the walls. The total length of building includes the porch. The building must include the porch to qualify for the package price. See your local dealer for details.

Our Animal Shelters are built specifically for livestock. Each unit features a 4×6-inch pressure-treated perimeter base that resists rot from ground moisture while remaining fully deliverable. Plus, every model is ENGINEER CERTIFIED for durability and structural integrity.
Each standard Animal Shelter includes a 4×6 pressure-treated base, 1¼-inch pressure-treated kickboards approximately 4 feet high (spaced 1½ inches apart), and one stall per 12 feet of length. The standard stall opening is 8 feet wide. Tack rooms are optional and not included in the base price.
One stall is included for every 12 feet of shelter length.
For example:
- 10×12 = 1 stall
- 10×20 = 1 stall
- 10×24 = 2 stalls
Yes! You can add additional stalls, including the opening and divider, for an extra cost. This lets you customize the layout based on how many animals you plan to house.
We offer widths from 8 to 16 feet and lengths ranging 10 to 40 feet, depending on width. Available widths include 8′, 10′, 12′, 14′, and 16′ — each with multiple length options to fit your pasture or property needs.
Each tack room features tongue-and-groove engineered flooring, an OSB divider wall separating the stall and tack area, and a 3-foot wooden barn door (upgradeable to a 4-foot version).
A tack room requires a minimum of 4 feet added to the standard 12 feet per stall.
For example, a one-stall shelter with a 4-foot tack room needs at least 16 feet total length.
Standard tack rooms are installed on an end wall, but you can choose to have it positioned on an inside divider wall (centered between stalls) for an additional cost.
No foundation or blocking is needed. Our buildings are set directly on the ground, but it’s important that your site is level and suitable for placement before delivery.
